In 2018, we created Hitotsubashi University Business School (HUB) with our all-out endeavor by restructuring and consolidating our former graduate school programs. The new business school comprises two schools, SBA (School of Business Administration) providing Japanese programs and ICS (School of International Corporate Strategy) with English programs. Among them, our new MBA program offers a variety of curricula and a broad range of learning opportunities including both of daytime and evening classes.
As an educational institution, Hitotsubashi University has produced numerous outstanding graduates since its establishment. Its mission has always been to train captains of industry to lead the way in modern business practice.
That mission is continued in School of Business Administration, Hitotsubashi University Business School (HUB-SBA). HUB-SBA’s mission is to develop leaders of even higher skill and greater insight than ever before. This it will achieve by serving as a HUB-SBA for bi-directional learning between the cutting-edge research produced in the business school and university and the real-world experience of professional practice. Through this combination of perspectives, HUB-SBA can engender real insight in its graduates.
HUB-SBA strives to continually improve its programs through further sophistication and internationalization of educational contents. It seeks to perfect its world-class curriculum, aspiring to earn international certifications and develop a global network of affiliated business schools.
