プロフィール
Ivar Padrón-Hernández holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics (2019). His teaching and research combines strategic management and international business as it focuses on interactions between the global and the local, with a special focus on often unwritten rules and codes of behavior. Ivar has been a recipient of and finalist for several international awards at associations such as Academy of Management, Strategic Management Society, the Society for the Advancement of Socio-Economics and the International Society for Professional Innovation Management.
